How to copy excel sheet data to a Grid View which consists of textboxes

Hi friends,

I have a req. as following.. In my site i have a page with a Grid which consists of hundreds of textboxes in it.

Grid View

Col1        Col2        Col3          Col4     .. ..
Descrp1     textbox1    textbox2      textbox3 .. ..  
Descrip2     tbox4       tbox5         tbox6    .. ..   
Descrip3     tbox7       tbox8         tbox9    .. ..

How to export data from an excel sheet to this kind of customized grid? Can someone give an idea how to achieve this functionality..
