Hi friends

I'm beginner to Socket programming.

I'm using System.Runtime.Remoting and System.Runtime.Remoting.Channels;

And read about TcpServerChannel but I'm not able to get this class.

When we should use System.Net and System.Runtime.Remoting
Are the socket programing ,Network Programming , distributed application programming different terms?

Please guide me So I can start learning these all.
