Line chart in C#.net (Windows or Web App)

Good Morning All,

Query:Draw a Dynamic Line Chart with C#.net makesure that Ranges on X,Y
Coordinates have to change as per condition as well as chart size.

Ex:I have score on X-axis and Overs on Y-axis ,Suppose now it is 5th over
then on Y-axis the points is like to be 0,1,2,3,4,5.Suppose now it is 10th over
then on Y-axis the points is like to be 0,5,10.Like wise score also and size of the chat also has to Dynamically reflects.
