Solution 1

There are 1000s of articles on CodeProject, MSDN and other sites. Just google for "wcf introduction" and go from there. I don't think anyone will be able to pick one that'll help you best. There are even video tutorials like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dn7ollDhbe4[^]
