Cannot add SQLite on Server Explorer

Get this error when trying to add data connection on server explorer...
anybody have the solution?

this error happen at my visual studio 2005.

yes i already try the solution from that forum...
then i got this error:

"Package Load Failure
Package 'SQLite Designer Package' has failed to load properly(GUID={DCBE6C8D-0E57-4099-A183-98FF74C64D9C}). Please contact package vendor for asistance. Application restart is recommended, due the possible environment corruption, Would you like to disable loading this package in the future? You may use 'devenv /resetskippkgs' to re-enable package loading"
