Unable to open database file

I get the the SQLiteException was unhandled and unable to open database file although I already included sqlite database reference and add sqlite.interop.066.dll library, but still get error...

the database file path also in the correct path.... i don't know what the problem.

This error only occur when I try doing the project on windows mobile 6 sdk.

I'm very sure that database file not corrupted because it can be open and I also already tested at windows form application using same database and data can inserted into the table...
The main problem is when run it on Windows Mobile.
