is it possible to show a b & c both value using vlookup function like below in same cell

a black, blue

b red, white

c yellow, green

This is call a set in the sense understood in the set theory, usually represented using bit sets, for example, using enumeration types, one bit per member (that is, with values 1, 2, 4, 8,...). That said: throw out Excel and other stuff created for the weak-minded :-) and get to real software development field — you will get all this and a lot more. :-)
