Hello , can anyone help us with our project?

We want to make a software that can connect interchangeably(Server Application(PC) and a Client-(MOBILE)) in which this both application connects with the help of BLUETOOTH.
Can you pleas give LINKS or Codes that will serve as our references because we don't know what to do first in order for us to start our implementations..Our teacher wants us to implement all of this using (Netbeans version 6.9.1).

And anyone can suggest thesis topic for Computer Science Students here that can be achievable for 2 months ?

We immediately need your response and we highly appreciate it if there's any.
