adding tabindex to a directive include

i have th following directive include in my jsp page

<%@include file="somepath/somename.jsp"%>

how can add tabindex to this clause in my target page , i mean the current page , not the page that to be included , i tried "ti" and "tabindex" but they caused blank page preview
