HTTP status 404. request resource is not available

Hi all!!

i am deploying my first application through IIS on windows vista.
i added application under default website and provided all the permissions to my application.

but when i am trying to run it, it's showing me error HTTP status 404

i am running the application on localhost. I have deployed applications on various servers but this is the first time i am trying to do it through iis that too on localhost.

the link u provided gives no information about localhost althought i know it dosen't matters, error is same in local host n webserver
