How to make the Screen as same as in Iphone

Hi

I have in one trouble. I create one app that having same functionality in iphone. I have 100 menus in database and i need to view 16 menus as every mouse move.
Screen flow is same as Iphone screens through touch screen mouse move and not using any button. thats the problem for me. How can i make this screen flow. How can i make this in mouse event or any solutions please help me.
