How to generate database notifications (event/eventHandler) maybe?

I'm using C# winForm on the front-end and MySQL on the back-end. I'm trying to figure how to either send a notification/message to a C# client whenever the table has been updated or push the table to the client when a change occurs in the form of an event via an eventHandler.

Does anyone have any solutions/ideas?

Solution 1

Try Observer Pattern[^] to notify the change to the client.
