Error while using Ajax control tool kit control in asp.net

Dear All,

When i am using ajax control tool kit any control following error occurs

Could not load type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptReferenceBase' from assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'

My Dot Net Framework is 3.5
Please help me

Solution 1

If you are using VS 2008, make sure that framework 3.5 sp1 is installed properly.
