Uploading and storing files in SQL using ASP.NET

Hi,

I want to download the data what we are inserting that data, that data should be download, I need to insert "download" link.
When we uploading the data that data should be store to database , at the same time i want to display the download link.(All files like doc,pdf,txt,images)

Can any one pls help me!
