iam working on asp.net web site
but i need to read data from database on local pc
but i know that some pc's connect to that local pc throuht vpn
i don't have any experience in vpn thought that is possible to make my published database to read data from local pc database
with regards

Solution 1

Its only about the connection strings and permoissions. If you have the right permissions and have setup appropriate connection srings, you should be able to access your database from your local as well remote desktop.
