A network related occur in vb.net while run sqlserver

When i run my project this error will occured.
A network related instance or specific while connected to the sql server. Verify the database and check whether the sql is allow remote connections.

i didn't know what error this is.
please somebody help me.

what connection strinh you use?

Solution 1

->this error occures when your provide wrong credentials to you connection string.
check it.
->You use database on localhost or from remote system
if you use from remote system check your remote system allow remote connections.

But i check the remote connections the target machine server is on the remote connections, the source machine sql server is not on remote connection. then i turn on the remote connections and then Copied the file but the same error occured in target machine
