GridView in webapplication

i want to dispaly a gridview in which i should have names and tasks as columns

in tasks column i should have a link to another grid and in second grid it should
have radio buttons to assign or to reject once the radio button assign is selected the work should be assigned to that name

* 2 gridviews
* 1st gird should have name and assign colomns and once assign s clicked
* 2nd grid should have radio bttons to assign or reject if assign is selected work should be assigned

please help me how to do this
