Windows Phone 7 Development - Need Guidance

Hi Friends,

I am new to Windows Phone 7 development. Right now i am developing an application where I want to show data from a datasource(XML, EXCEL, Local Database or any medium) in the list format. The data is Question and Answer format and it shows list of questions and answers in the WIndows Phone 7. Can you please help me on how to start with like which control to use or can you point to some article which can help me.
