How i can attach a valid digital signature in html file from vb6 application?

I'm mailing HTML report from Visual Basic Application. But I want to attach the director signature with that HTML File. The digital signature (certificate information) install my computer. I see the certificate information right click on Internet Explorer -> Properties -> Content -> Certificates. Please give some example to solve this problem.
