Postback event fires only 1 time in asp.net

I am trying to make change in my old project which was running properly. But now when i am trying to access form, postback event fires only first time. What should be reason?

Dear Dreamz,

You must have applied an update panel on the form that may be the reason Post back event is firing only once.
