Missing Manifest Resource Exception

Hi
I've created an application to be deployed on Windows Mobile 6. When I debug the application using the device and Visual Studio 2008 everything run like it is supposed to - however when I deploy the application using a CAB file i get an MissingManifestResourceException when trying to call GetString?
