How to get popup window in asp.net

Hi all, Iam using maste pages in my web application, and i want a popup window to be displaye when a button is clicked, can anybody help me, please... and also i i want to download IIS,im using Windows Xp sp3,Asp.Net 4.0.SQL Server 2008. where can i download?

For your second question, IIS is availabe as part of XP, you can use add remove windows features from control panel and choose IIS. You may need XP CD for this.

Also, If you have multiple questions, I suggest do not mix them up. It would improve responses to your query.
