Solution 1

For starters, win32 is not a programming language.
Second, your asking us to do your project for you. That is not how things work here. Please ask a specific question if you want to get answers.

Aha, win32 programming language in C operating system installed on a ViewSonic computer plugged in MS SQL network through microphone adapter. :-)

Why are you "doing" a project that you do not even have a vague understanding of? If you do not even understand how to define HTML tags then you have a very steep learning curve ahead of you. I suggest you go here[^] and get started.
