Create a profile and submit the different types of data into the database

I want to submit data from different types of fields
I am giving a link .
It is a submit form..

When I click on the create my profile image button so it redirects to the next page and the all data are submitting into a single database.
Please help me and tell me how I can do this type of work
I can not use session ,application object ,cookies ,
If millions uses use this application that’why
I can not use session, application object,cookies ..ect
Please help me and tell me what is the simple and nice way .
If it is possible so show me some links which is relates to this question.

Have a look at http://archive.plugins.jquery.com/project/jwizard[^] - it's just about what SAKryukov proposed here submit different types of field from one single button[^].
