blog posting website

I am developing an asp website in which there will be posting blog application.
That is when a user logs in he can post a blog. Now this posting can be secured or unsecured that is when posted as secured it can be viewed by only members and when posted unsecured it will be displayed on home page of web site.. i don't know how to go about... i don't even know how to do normal posting...please help...

Not a question. And if you don't have a clue, maybe this is not a right task for you. Posting is very basic and fundamentally important to such projects.

I am not familiar to posting but i am quite familiar to asp.net though a beginner..

As you are not familiar with posting, I'm afraid you will need to start from basics:

You will probably need to master those techniques on simple exercises before you can get back to your project.
