Crystal Report launch error

Dear All I am having trouble with crystal Reports. I have created the reporting form in VB that is working fine with my developing computer. the Problem arrises on client side. I have installed crystal report sap b1 on client side. My reporting form that has crystal report is not working there.
it says,

An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Please help...

What do you mean when you say "I have installed crystal report sap b1 on client side" ? Have you installed the crystal report run time on the client machine? Are you sure you have the correct version of the cyrstal report run time installed?
