DataGridView with Inner DataGridView for Windows forms

I want to DataGridView with inner datagridview
If I Click "+" symbol in Outer DataGridView's 1st cell of 1st row of 1st column
then in next row of Outer Datagridview it should show new DataGridView in 2nd row of Outer DataGridView with data.

and i want save it in db

is there any way ?????

pls help me....
