Display Photos as Thumbnail in crystal report using VB.NET

hi everyone,
how can i display my photos from database into crystal report and view as a thumbnail. Anybody who can help me. please,. I already now save photos to my database. The problem is, how am i going to retrieve and view it to crystal report as thumbnails. Let say, 4 or 5 photos in every page with description.

It is another third party DLL or Software needed in order to view thumbnail? or you may used Crystal Image toolkit? Help please..
