How to get all personal website of lecturers ?

I am from VietNamese. My english is not good, hope you understand.
I have a problem : I need to get all personal website of lecturers ( if they have) in some university in my country.
The website have form: domain/~name
for example
http://soict.hut.edu.vn/~lamdb/
http://soict.hut.edu.vn/~dungct
http://www.cse.hcmut.edu.vn/~anhtt/
..........................................
Now, with a domain given, can you help me how to get personal websites which have above form ( can use google api,...)

Solution 1

Go and ask the lecturers, or send them an email. You can do string mashing to check every possible combination of characters to see which ones are valid, but it seems a bit antisocial to me. You're also assuming the format of their URL, are you sure it will always be like this ?

Hi, I want to try solving this problem in the simplest form: assuming the format of their URL domain/~name.
"combination of characters to see which ones are valid"
In my opinion, this solution is not good because there are so many strings which test.
Everyone can help me with other solutions.
