How to summarize Field value in crystal Report using "Running Total Fields"

I want to summarize a particular column value and for doing that i am trying

Quote:
"Running Total Fields"

but the "sum" is not available in the drop down list.

Now how do i summarize those values?
should i use "Formula Field" but i have no idea how to use it. Please guide me.
