Visual Studio Startup error: The operation could not be completed

Hi All,

I was using Visual Studio 2010 express edition and it was working fine. Then suddenly, i dont know what happned and when I open VS it gives me the error message "The operation could not be completed" . I re-installed VS , and I faced the same issue.

Can you please give me any suggession to resolve this issue. This is kicking me....
