How to integrate whm/cpanel using PHP?

i want to create a hosting billing like whmcs billing(www.whmcs.com) using php.i have linux server too.By integrating whm/cpanel into the billing software ,so i can da all job like creating new linux hosting account(cpanel account),deleting the hosting accout(cpanel account)..

Provide more details. What are you trying to do? If you have cpanel what do you want .Net for? I don't think the two are related in the way you think. If you want to run a .Net site you need to upload the files as long as your hoster supports ASP.Net.

A don't understand why? Is the CPanel already provided for you by your hosting provider, or you provide the hosting yourself to others, or self-host your own content, or something else? Who bills who, etc?

You previous comment does not explain everything. You want to create hosting billing, but how your site is hosted? Who needs to provide CPanel to who? Did you refer to CPanel original documentation? How about asking their support?
