read data from barcode scanner

I m using ARGOX AS-8250 scanner for reading barcode image..but i did not get any input so if any one help me to solve this problem????

The supplier[^] of the scanner is probably your best chance to get help.

but dear what i need is to connect that scanner in my vb.net windows application...which i m unable to find from that site......
