Status bar like Samsung android phone wpf

Hi all,

I want to implement a status bar which will be placed at the top of application form.
This status bar can be expanded to show more details about the contents using pull and drag down. This behavior is similar like opening a shutter.

I am new to wpf and having no idea which control should I use. I have seen this type of control in Samsung android phone.
