No. It is copyright software, and we do not distribute such.

But you may still be able to download it for free from Microsoft: Google for "download Visual Studio Express 2008" and you will get various links to the Microsoft web site.

However, since it has been replaced with a later version (2010) you may have to use that instead. There is still a free, Express version of Visual Studio 2010 for VB, and it should import 2008 projects without any problems. Do make a backup first, though, as you will not be able to go back to 2008 once you have converted the project to 2010.
