updating wpf viewport3d in realtime

I continuously read data from an accelerometer device which returns 3 numbers corresponding to axis. I use 3 instances of AxisAngleRotation3D for x,y,z to update the viewport. the problem is I don't know how to do it in real time.what should I do? I'll appreciate it if you could provide code examples. thanks.
