create gujarati typepad in asp or html

i want to create a pad in which user types and get into Gujarati language... i have installed many Gujarati fonts but it is not in unicode so, statically it displays as Gujarati but as i copy it and paste anywhere it again converts into English... so how to convert non-unicode fonts to unicode fonts...?? i want to create a pad through user can easily type in Gujarati and copy & paste where he wants... i need this urgent... can any one help me out.?? thank you in advance....
