dropdown shown on the popup in IE6

hi everyone
i had one problem in my designing in asp.net...

I have dropdownlist in middle of the page...

when i click submit button its show one popup its also in middle.but it appears behind the dropdownlist only in IE6.

To view popup front of the dropdownlist .....pls give any solution.
