problem in running the website

I have a created a website and when i am trying to run the website in other systems,I got directory listing instead of home page...
please solve the problem?
And i noticed a message as "the master page file '~/administrator/admin.master cannot be opened" in the design part and as follows in source

"Runtime error: It is an error to use a section registered as allow definition='Machine To Application' beyond application level"

HOPE UNDERSTOOD MY QUESTION

Generally this happens when you have more than one Web.Config file in your application root folder.
Just check if you have more than one. If so, remove the duplicate copies.

Set Default Document in IIS(If run on IIS)
set as start page in vs.
