Read the File properties

Hi,

I want to read the file properties(Summary) using c#.
Shell32 is not able to read the properties when i deploy in vista/windows7.
DSO file is giving me "name is not valid" issue when i deploy it.

Can anyone please suggest which one to use and how ?
