Want help in Resource file

HI i am leraning how resource files can be created and used for that i have created a project with "myfirstapp". then i added another project(class library) to same solution and added resx file named as -"Resources.resx" entered some strings.

In "myfirstapp" porject added reference of "second project" in which i have added resouce file. Then i have added a link button in page iwant to use the text which i used in resource.resx how can i use.
