I want clear all the datas in sqlserver table every day

I am doing Restarunt Project. I have tables Tempbill,Bill for Billing. Every day the table Tempbill and Bill records are freshup. So I want after 24.00 pm the above table records copy to excel sheet. And the tables will be cleared. So the next day is Billno is start up with No:1. How to do it. How to copy all the records of the one table to excel sheet.

Please help me

You Can create Schedule Job In Sql Server which fire on anytime duration.
