hi,
i m working in asp.net4.0 in my project to genrate ticket having 5 module like Admin ,Tech_support, Project Manager,Help_desk to solve issue and those issue is genrated by client,client_manager.so i need ti create on chat application so one-end client side and one-end support persone can communicate.

Dear pradeep,we dont need the entire explanation of your project,you can just mention that you want to provide chat service in your application.
