How to Move the RichtextBox alignments along with Trackbars

I have 2 Trackbars.
Trackbar1
Trackbar2
& Richtextbox.

TrackBar1.value=0; (It should be left side )
TrackBar2.value=10; (It should be right side )

when i move the Trackbar1 from left to right,
Trackbar2 should move from right to left automatically , with the same distance
as well as richtextbox margin left side & rightside should be change along with Trackbars.

ForEg: Ms-Word left and right margins alignment.

do you want the text inside the rich text box to be aligned..??

yes text should be changed.
when we are preparing resume in Ms-word near menubar we will set the scale alignment it should be like that.
