how to use web setup in C#

dears,
i have a website project and i want to put it on a CD to deploy it anywhere i tried my best to do it using web setup but no result can anyone help!??! i see a lot of examples through internet but they are not clear

What do you mean "deploy it anywhere"? Is this an ASP.NET web application? If so it would require IIS.

"but no results" is not very helpful at all. It tells us nothing about what you have tried and the problems you have encountered.

ok my dear. i know it would require IIS but this project is my final project and i need to put the web application on CD to give it to my tutor to install it on his pc without using VS if it is not possible tell me plz and if it is tell me how.
and the problem that i face. i added a project web setup and i but when i go to release folder i found the setup when the error is:
the installer was interrupted before web setup could be installed.You need to restart the installer to try again. and only the close button enabled ....

i found that there is no default web site in inetpub and that is the error and another thing is my default page is named as FirstPage.aspx which the preferred is Default.aspx
