Problem with Web Setup Installer

Hi All,

I am using a web setup project to create installer for installing a asp.net web service application. I created both applications in VS2005.
It is working fine. Installer is installing web service on target machine.

Now i converted those projects to VS2010 and also changed target framework to 4.0.
But now installer is not able to install web service. I don't get any error. I see a virtual directory created in IIS but no dlls or files get copied on target machine.
I even can't see the web service in add/remove programs.

Can anyone tell me am i doing some mistake or this is some compatibility issue.
