Get Pixel value of face area at runtime

Hello friends
I am doing a project with face detection.In that i detected face and mark by rectangle,but what i need is i want to get pixel value of rectangular edges at runtime, particularly bottomline edges of rectangle.how can i find it please help me.

Hello

If you want to get the colour of a Pixel you need to have x and y of the pixel.

Then it's easy. Look at this: Bitmap.GetPixel Method

Maybe it can help too:
