Controling Remote NDIS with C#

Hello Master.........

I'm Newbie,
I want to ask some question about Remote NDIS,
I have USB mobile modem connected to my PC & I was install the driver for it.
on USB modem is available two type of connection, Using NDIS or RAS.
In packet of USB modem that i bought, available a software that named "Mobile Partner".
The software can make connection and disconnection of NDIS, monitoring the statistic of data transfer (download/upload), and configuring IP,Gateway,DNS,etc..

In my question, How I can do that with C# language?
Can somebody give me some clue, or sample, or.. something to help me ?

Best way to start is to contact the manufacturer of the USB modem to see if they provide an API for accessing the protocols.
