tab control with updown control

My programme increases the number of tab controls dynamically in run-time. And when there are more tabs than the dialogue can hold, the system will automatically add an updown control right next to the tab. And now I wanna add message handlers to that updown control. So how can I do it? I don't know its ID during design time.

It is up to you to provide the ID when you create the control.
