showing 12 months calendar in webpage

hi all..,
please help me....
i have dropdownlist for year selection when i am selecting year then shows the all 12 months of selected year without navigation to next or previous month. means all months show at time.

thanks for replay.....
suppose i am select year-2010 then shows the months like....
jan feb march apr

may june july aug

sep oct nov dec

in this format months will display with date.
